NFTs Officially Appeared at the Grammys

ThankYouX's collaboration with the Grammys was the culmination of many years in the music space

On the biggest night in music, ThankYouX, Andre Oshea and Emonee LaRussa walked the Grammys red carpet for the first time, interacted with the stars, and shared their thoughts on how much this moment means to the NFT space.

“It’s a really big full circle moment,” explains Oshea. “For a long time in my career, I’ve been making music with the creative goal of winning a Grammy. When the opportunity presented itself, I felt it was the equivalent for me.”

ThankYouX’s collaboration with the Grammys was the culmination of many years in the music space, as his career evolved from street art to fine art and NFT, from DJing and merchandise design for A-list artists to building a collector’s base that includes musicians such as Paul McCartney.

The Grammys are one of the most iconic logos and awards you can recognize, he said. I felt it was a great honor. This is my first official collaboration with a brand in the NFT space, so I felt it made sense.”
